Hee Zee Lu

Hee Zee is a registered counsellor with The Psychology and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) with a graduate training in Hakomi Therapy. He has extensive experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.


Hee Zee supports client’s journey to recovery through mindfulness based somatic psychotherapy. This method is both gentle and effective in guiding clients towards self-awareness, positivity, and healing. Throughout this method process, he offers a safe and neutral space to query, to listen and to explore.


Hee Zee also provides support and advocacy for clients to help navigate towards a place they want to be.

  • Bachelor of Counselling – Australian College of Applied Psychology

  • Accredited counsellor and a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA)

  • Advanced graduate of Hakomi Professional Training-Hakomi Institute (Pacifica)
